This 12-week program is designed for the individual with 6-12 months of training experience that is interested in building muscle and strength. This program will include a mixture of bodybuilding and powerlifting movements (SBD). To maximize the benefits of this program, it is recommended that the individual adhere to the recommendations with minimal changes unless necessary.

Powerbuilding 1.0

This 9-week program is designed for the individual interested in specializing in the deadlift. A minimum of 12 months of training experience is recommended. This 9-week program will require 2 training days per week. 48-72 hours of rest between every session is suggested. To maximize the benefits of this program, it is recommended that the individual adhere to the recommendations with minimal changes unless necessary.

Deadlift Specialist 1.0

This 9-week program is designed for the individual interested in specializing in the squat. A minimum of 12 months of training experience is recommended. This 9-week program will require 2 training days per week. 48-72 hours of rest between every session is suggested. To maximize the benefits of this program, it is recommended that the individual adhere to the recommendations with minimal changes unless necessary.

Squat Specialist 1.0

This 12-week program is designed for the individual interested in improving their powerlifting (SBD) total. A minimum of 12 months of training experience is suggested. Additional supplemental movements are included. To maximize the benefits of this program, it is recommended that the individual adhere to the recommendations with minimal changes unless necessary. 

Powerlifting 1.0

This 9-week program is designed for the individual interested in specializing in the bench press. A minimum of 12 months of training experience is suggested. This 9-week program will require 3 training days per week. 24 hours of rest between every bench press exposure is suggested. To maximize the benefits of this program, it is recommended that the individual adhere to the recommendations with minimal changes unless necessary.
